Guarantee Conditions

The following conditions apply to all guarantees listed below:

• No guarantee claim is valid if money is outstanding or owed on the purchase.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
• Park Avenue Wrought Iron has the right to repair or replace the product at their discretion with any successful warranty claim. If repair is selected, Park Avenue Wrought Iron agrees to repair the product to its original standard.
• Any bought products that carry a guarantee will have the warranty passed on to the client when applicable.
• All conditions are effective from 14/07/2022

What is not covered

• Bought or outsourced products affixed to our fabricated products eg. Hinges, fixtures, locks and handles that don't come with a warranty.
• Damage caused by natural causes such as storms, wind or other events not listed.
• Insect and pest damage
• Ground movement
• Graffiti, vandalization or any unforeseen damages.
• Use of heavy chemicals or abrasive cleaners to wash or clean the product.
• Modifications to the product done after the galvanising process and during the guarantee period.
• Powder Coating over any surface.
• Any cast iron products eg. Bushes/Collars, flowers, balusters and baskets
• Any product fabricated from pre galvanised materials

Our Guarantee

Manufacturing Guarantee

Our 7 year limited manufacturing guarantee is subject to these conditions:

• The guarantee is limited to the workmanship and product fabricated in our factory. 
• All in house fabricated products are kept free of dirt and debris at all times and are not in an environment deemed unusually corrosive during the warranty period.

Corrosion Guarantee

Our 5 year limited Corrosion guarantee is subject to these conditions:

• The product is installed by Park Avenue Wrought Iron no closer than 2kms to sea or saltwater environment

or

• If the product is installed by Park Avenue Wrought Iron closer than 2kms to any sea or saltwater environment the warranty period is reduced to 3 Years
• The guarantee is limited to the workmanship and product fabricated in our factory. 
• All guaranteed works must be hot dip galvanized

Labour Guarantee

Our 12 month limited labour guarantee is subject to these conditions:

• The guarantee is limited to the workmanship of the installed product.
• Park Avenue Wrought Iron take no responsibility for the structural integrity or any unforeseen damages to the substrate in which we affix our product to.
